Hi, I’m Meaghan fernald
A NASM certified personal trainer since 2020 and a lifelong lover of movement. I began my professional fitness journey in New York City, coaching Strength, HIIT, and meditation classes under the guidance of LIFTED Method founder Holly Rilinger. While I’ve trained across a variety of disciplines, from high-intensity to strength to group fitness to personal training, motherhood brought a meaningful shift in my focus.
Today, I specialize in Strength Mat Pilates—an approach that feels just as powerful as it is gentle. My relationship with Pilates began at age 15, practicing alongside my mother. It’s where I learned that movement can be healing, energizing, and deeply grounding.
Now, I bring that philosophy to The Hen House—my sustainable wellness atelier tucked inside a cozy barn. It’s more than a place to sweat. It’s a community hub for women to tone, breathe, and leave feeling stronger in every sense of the word. Think of it as your home away from home. I can’t wait to move with you.
